Martial arts is not about kicking, punching or fighting. It’s all about you. I know from experience that some instructors teaches only for money & fame, but I also know from experience that many teaches to purely help others. The best advice I can give is to help you to research the club you wishes to join. Find a good instructor/mentor and it doesn’t matter what you study.
